Letitia (Tish) Gill Gembala, DNP, MSN, RN, CNE is an associate professor of nursing at Temple University and a visiting professor at Chamberlain University. A nurse with many interests, Tish has been an educator since 2006, having taught in undergraduate, second degree, and degree completion programs. Her adult - gero clinical work has included acute, post-acute, primary, and home care with further experience in nurse recruitment and health care management. Thanks to nursing, Tish has traveled extensively having served as a tour nurse for a boychoir. She is currently involved in a diversity scholars’ program at Temple University. Her research interest is in Motivational Interviewing. When not in the classroom Tish serves on many committees while in her off time, she most likely will be found in the kitchen with family.
